I'd love to share my story with you, but I've asked the same question four different times with no reply. My question is, during my 6-mile a day daily walk, when do I switch from burning sugar to fat. My daily goal before I stop walking is 6 miles and 600 calories. I eat twice a day, my last meal is before 2 pm. I start my walk at 5 pm and finished at 6:50 pm. What am I doing wrong and does my body switch from burning sugar to fat?
