Johnny Shami Shares Amazing Results - Dr. Berg's Healthy Keto

Hi there Dr Berg, I am not sure if my story is considered a success story to you yet, as I have only been doing keto & intermittent fasting since the 1st of October 2018, today will be my eleventh day, but so far I can tell you that my results have been astonishing! I am 35 years young, I stand 6.1 ft tall, and when I started 11 days ago I weighed 321 pounds (146 kilograms). Since I started this new lifestyle, I: 1) have cut out all sugars from my diet 2) have quit alcohol and all other toxics, except cigarettes, which is next on my list. 3) consume very little if any (max 1 or 2 grams per day) of carbohydrates, except those from which I get from vegetables, salads, eggs, meats etc. 4) now eat about 10 sometimes 12 cups of vegetables/salads per day. Before I would consume about 10 or cups PER MONTH. 5) cut all fruits because of their high sugar content. 6) have switched from so called 'normal' foods to organic foods. 7) have organic apple cider vinegar with the mother 3 times per day mixed in about 8 ounces of water and sometimes I add a bit of organic lemon. One first thing in the morning, the 2nd about 20 minutes before my meal of the day, and the 3rd about 20 minutes after my meal. I usually rinse my mouth straight after consuming ACV, and I use a straw to drink it. 8) do intermittent fasting - I am serious about my health goals, so I started straight away on one meal a day (OMAD) and I fast for atleast 22.5 hours a day, and give myself an hour or 90 minutes to consume my meal, having my salads or vegetables 1st. 9) my cravings for sugary or salty treats, such as candy, chips, chocolate, ketchup (my favorite) etc have all gone! 10) my mood has significantly improved 11) my energy is incredible 12) pains in my body have reduced I just feel great! AND ...I have gone from from 321 lbs to 305 in this short period of time. All this without setting a foot in the gym, or doing any exercise, besides a lot of walking at work. However, I am considering joining a gym now since I feel that CNN improve my results in the long run. Before making the switch to this current lifestyle, I use to eat 5 to 6 times a day including snacks, usually every 2.5 hours (I thought that was healthy lol), and at night I would eat about 2 - 5 packs of sour sugary lollies. I have been struggling with my weight for the past 5 or more years due to many things, but mainly due to anxiety, stress and depression issues, such as me going through a diverse, my dad passing away, my mum being diagnosed with breast cancer, being in and out of jobs, AND being homeless for a short period of time. I could go on and on about my past life, but it's all in the past now, and my focus is on the present and my future. I would also like to thank you for all your useful information/advices and videos. You, Karen, and your whole production crew including your YouTube channel have given me the inspiration, the courage and the willpower to start again, and to finally turn my health goals in to a genuine success story.
