Had lots of weakness and tiredness even after eating carbs 5-6 times a days since pregnancy and postpartum but now I started doing ketosis since 13 days which included 3 days of cheat meals but still I have lost 5inches around my belly which was 40 inches and is also shrinking gradually as I am on OMAD since 3 days. I have lots of energy now and don't feel hungry at all till 4pm which is when I have my large meal with eggs and vegetables.
