54 y/o 5’4” 160 lb. have lost 6 pounds after 4 weeks on keto diet but seemed to have plateaud at this weight. Wheat grass, electrolyte, ACV, lemon at 6:30 am, 2 fried eggs and to 2 sausage patties patties at 9:30 am then large salad with 1/2 avocado and nutritional yeast @ 1:30 pm. Have no gallbladder. Take your gallbladder formula, adrenal support, DHEA, fish oil every morning with green drink. FBomb for snack once a day between 9:30 am and 1:30 pm to increase fat intake. Meds include Atorvastatin 40 mg PO q day, Metoprolol 25 mg PO q day, recently stopped estrogen Esstropipate 1,5 mg PO q day (thinking this might be the culprit. I do yoga twice a week. Please help.
