Keto Everything Lamb Chops

TOTAL TIME: 30 minutes
- 8 3-oz / 28-g lamb loin chops
- 1/8 cup / 30 mL olive oil
- sea salt and pepper to taste
- 2 Tbsp Everything Seasoning
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F / 204 degrees C.
Place lamb chops in a bowl. Add oil, salt and pepper and mix to coat chops.
Spray or coat a baking sheet with olive oil.
Put Everything Seasoning in a bowl and dip lamb chops into it on both sides, coating well and pressing lightly to adhere the seasoning. Place each on baking sheet.
Bake for 10 to 15 minutes, or until desired temperature is met. Enjoy!
