Keto Kale Chips
Per serving: Calories 25, Protein 1 g, Carbohydrates 2 g, Fat 11 g
TOTAL TIME: 18 minutes
- 10 oz Russian red kale or green kale
- 1½ Tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp sea salt
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Wash kale and remove stems.
Tear the leaves into 2-inch pieces. Place in a large mixing bowl.
Pat leaves dry with paper towel.
Toss kale with olive oil and salt.
Place on lined baking tray and bake for 12 to 15 minutes.
Allow to cool, and enjoy!
