Keto Cheesecake Fluff
- 8 oz Heavy Cream
- 8 oz Cream Cheese
- 1/2 cup Powdered Sweetener
- Fresh Mint and Berries for Garnish
1. Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
2. Whip cream cheese, sweetener, and 1/2 of the whipped cream and mix it well until light and fluffy.
3. Slowly fold in the remaining whipped cream.
4. Spoon or pipe into a small serving bowl. Garnish with fresh mint and berries, enjoy!
