Keto Buttercream Fat Bombs

TOTAL TIME: 15 minutes


  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 8 oz unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 5 Tbsp erythritol
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • 2 Tbsp dark chocolate, sugar-free, melted
  • 2 Tbsp roasted almond, chopped


  1. Put softened cream cheese and butter, vanilla extract, erythritol sweetener and sea salt into a medium bowl and mix well with a wooden spoon until smooth.

  2. Add smooth batter to a pastry bag. Pipe into your favorite silicone mold or directly onto a silicon baking sheet or pad.

  3. In a microwave-safe bowl melt chocolate on low heat for 1 minute.

  4. Drizzle the chocolate over the buttercream fat bomb.

  5. Sprinkle with chopped roasted almonds.

  6. Refrigerate for 2 hours.

  7. Remove from the molds, if you used them, and enjoy.
