Keto Buttercream Fat Bombs
Per serving: Calories 125, Protein 1 g, Carbohydrates 6 g, Fat 12 g
TOTAL TIME: 15 minutes
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 8 oz unsalted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 5 Tbsp erythritol
- ½ tsp sea salt
- 2 Tbsp dark chocolate, sugar-free, melted
- 2 Tbsp roasted almond, chopped
Put softened cream cheese and butter, vanilla extract, erythritol sweetener and sea salt into a medium bowl and mix well with a wooden spoon until smooth.
Add smooth batter to a pastry bag. Pipe into your favorite silicone mold or directly onto a silicon baking sheet or pad.
In a microwave-safe bowl melt chocolate on low heat for 1 minute.
Drizzle the chocolate over the buttercream fat bomb.
Sprinkle with chopped roasted almonds.
Refrigerate for 2 hours.
Remove from the molds, if you used them, and enjoy.
