Keto Egg and Beef Breakfast Skillet

TOTAL TIME: 15 minutes


5 oz ground beef, cooked

2 oz crushed tomatoes

2 whole eggs

½ cup shredded cheddar


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. In a skillet arrange cooked beef with crushed tomatoes. 

  3. With a spoon create 2 holes in the beef so the eggs have a place to sit and place the eggs in them.

  4. Sprinkle cheese over the top of the skillet and bake for 10 to 12 minutes. Enjoy!
