Keto Egg and Beef Breakfast Skillet
Per serving: Calories 520, Protein 41 g, Carbohydrates 2 g, Fat 37 g
TOTAL TIME: 15 minutes
5 oz ground beef, cooked
2 oz crushed tomatoes
2 whole eggs
½ cup shredded cheddar
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a skillet arrange cooked beef with crushed tomatoes.
With a spoon create 2 holes in the beef so the eggs have a place to sit and place the eggs in them.
Sprinkle cheese over the top of the skillet and bake for 10 to 12 minutes. Enjoy!
