8 oz Lily’s chocolate chips (or another keto chocolate chip brand)
1½ cup almond milk
1 cup heavy cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp cocoa powder (I use Dutch cocoa for a richer flavor, but you can use regular cocoa powder)
Heat up the almond milk and heavy cream in a small saucepan until almost boiling
Remove from heat
Add vanilla extract, cocoa powder and chocolate chips to the saucepan
Whisk until smooth and the chocolate is melted
Top it with whipped cream sweetened with stevia and a dash of cinnamon, or leave as-is!
