Preheat oven to 350 degrees F / 177 degrees C.
In skillet, sauté 4 ounces spinach and 4 cloves garlic on medium heat until spinach turns bright green. Remove from heat.
Press spinach with paper towel or cheesecloth to drain liquid.
In pot on low-medium heat, melt 4 ounces cream cheese until easy to stir.
Stir in ¼ cup mayonnaise , ¼ cup Parmesan cheese , 14 ounces artichoke hearts , 1 pinch salt , 1 pinch pepper , and ½ cup mozzarella cheese .
Add spinach to softened cream cheese mixture and stir until well combined.
Pour into small baking dish and sprinkle with 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese .
Bake for 25 minutes or until top starts to brown.
Serve warm with fresh vegetables or low-carb tortilla chips.
