Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 4 ounces pork rinds plain, whole pieces
  • ½ cup pickled jalapeños sliced
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese shredded

Instructions

  • Heat oven to 400 degrees F / 204 degrees C. Lightly grease 9 x 5-inch baking pan with olive oil cooking spray.

  • Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add 1 pound ground beef. Cook, stirring and breaking up meat, until no longer raw, about five minutes. Drain well.

  • Spread 4 ounces pork rinds in single layer on prepared pan. Top with cooked ground beef, then arrange ½ cup pickled jalapeños and 2 cups cheddar cheese on top.
