  • ½ cup cheese shredded
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1 egg large

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F / 204 degrees C.
  • In bowl, mix together 1 cup cauliflower rice, ½ cup cheese, 2 tablespoons sour cream and 1 egg.
