Just finished 16 weeks - 37 lbs - 26 inches - I set my first goal by Sept 9th and I have 8 more lbs to go. Stick with it no matter how slow you lose What I have learned along the way Read ingredients not just labels, learn the names of bad sugars- flours-wheat etc. Try new foods and cook your meals yourself as much as you can. Google everything - Pinterest- I have not cheated since I started and wouldn't put my body through that- I worked too hard to get my body on its way to being healthy. Its all a learning process and a new mindset way of life with food.
