I just started keto, I'm going on my third week, doing OMAD. Lost 15 pounds in just 2 weeks! Blood pressure down, feeling good. I have tried Atkins but could never do it. Keto is much easier. No more body pains, sleeping better, I can resist carb cravings now. Love what I'm eating too. I started with 2 meals a day the first week it was so easy I jumped to 1 meal a day the second week, had some headaches but all gone now. Just make sure you keep up with vitamins and minerals especially salt, I started to cramp up sometimes sea salt took care of that.
