Good evening! Approximately half a year ago my weight was 105 kg. I was looking for ways to get my weight close to normal during my night shifts. I accidentally found Dr. Berg's and other doctor's videos. I gradually started to implement the methods of Dr. Berg in my life. Currently, my weight is appr. 87kg, my height is 187cm and my blood pressure is appr. 130/80. I am 58 years old. I am an ordinary guy from Latvia. Unfortunately, I can afford only basic meat, eggs, etc. But in spite of that, I am in a good shape, I can run 6km within 37minutes. I have not yet prepared my photos but if there is a need, I am ready to prepare them. Currently, my weight is stable, I maintain it by eating twice a day at 12am and at 5 pm. Of course, I am training regularly because I am a former sprinter. I am attending gym three times a week and of course, I am sprinting at least twice a week and also cardio is important because I run every May 6km distance included in the Marathon of R?.
