Hi, I started my journey on January 12, 2019 when I woke up and decided I didn’t want to be a “trauma victim” any more. I started walking 3 miles a day, and restricting calories and sugar, then stopped meat, then became vegan, then developed a vitamin deficiency. On April 22 I found clean Keto, Dr. Berg’s YouTube channel, intermittent Fasting and celebrated one month on Keto yesterday. I went from 197 lbs on 1/12 to 160 lbs yesterday (5/22). The fastest weight loss and reduction of inches have been in the last month on keto. I went from a size 16-18 to a 10, plus I am now walking an average of 35 miles a week and have tons of energy. I will be 56 next month and I am in the middle of menopause. My clean lifestyle has saved my life and health. Thank you Dr. Berg!!
