Hello Dr Berg My Name is Abdelkrim am 31 from Algeria i just want to thank you so much this is the first time in my life i lose 12 kg in 5 weeks without any workout or cardio i swear i was 111 kg / 178cm , I was I tray before a lot of diet with practicing sports without any result at all , the first time i see your vidéos in another channel on youtube with Arabic translation i watched all the videos then i realized that i had made many mistakes besfor and i tell to myself this doctor looks like he really know what he saying :) i start doing exactly what your saying like no sugar Fruits,Potato,Carrots,Corn,Hydrogenated oils,Beet,........ I eat lettuce,Cucumber, Tomatoes, Rice, Cabbage, Onions, Garlic, Cauliflower, Parsley, Coriander, Spinach,Green beans, Pea, Artichoke, Green pepper, Vinegar,Eggs, Chicken, Sardine,Tuna, Olive oil extracted in the old way, Peanut Butter, Green olive,Nut, Almonds, Peanuts, Sunflower seeds, Seeds of pumpkin, Seeds of pine tree ,Flax seed, Chia seeds, Cress seeds and sometimes Turmeric , Galangal, Ginger, Tea or Thyme with a little lemon that's it My first meal 11:00 - 11:30 / 2-3 meals per day I will start cardio this week jump rope, Stairs workout and bodyweight workout because my weight stop down faster like the first 3 weeks im not going to bodybuilding gym because every time i gain weight no matter how much i exercise or how much circuit and repetition i do and i dont why !
