Living life with GRATITUDE can create better Health and Happiness. Today, crushed another milestone, 35 lbs off in 2 months and 3 days and now able to wear my size 9 dress comfortably , YES! ( SW 180 lbs ) The last time I wore this was during my oldest son’s 21st bday which is 6 yrs ago. It can be done !
