Every year within the month of Ramadan I typically lose 5 t0 7 kg of fat. this is happening every year so I trust that your strategy of intermittent fasting is useful. However I am doing this not to lose weight but because it is an obligation on me as Muslim to do so. Ramadan fasting is around 16 hours per day of complete fasting (no food no water no sex no anger). In any case I am happy with this fat loss during Ramadan. Now I will also try not to gain by following your instructions on eating less which is also recommended in Islam.
