Thanks to God and Dr. Eric Berg, I was 115kg and now I am 69kg. A year ago, I started a ketogenic diet strictly. Successfully manage to lose almost 45 kg within 1year. I am now healthy, active, and I feel as I was born again. Thanks, Dr. Eric. Keep it up!
