I was fluctuating between 210 pounds and 215, during the pandemic the gym closed and I just was not eating healthy, I was always an active person but I was eating way too many carbs and drinking too much beer, I was not in good shape anymore. But got into keto and the gym and added intermediate fasting!!! wow what a difference I hit several plateaus, but did not give up and the weight kept coming off and I was stronger more alert feeling better and looking better! watching your YouTube videos I was able to critique my diet and was able to get past several Plateaus. Thank you.
