18 months ago I was 363 pounds, severely overweight so I decided to make life changes. I knew I had to have a plan so I started researching. While researching I came across a few videos from Dr. Berg and everything he was saying made sense but was opposite of what I was traditionally taught. The most important thing he said was you have to get healthy to lose weight. So I studied more of his videos and I found out I had a fatty liver. I tried Keto for six weeks lost a lot of weight, around 30 pounds also with IF and excercise. As of today I am currently 246 pounds and feel amazing. I still got some work to do on my body but the foundation is laid now I just got to tone up
