Kale Shake

This is a great way to add healthy carbs to a meal. 

Kale Shake

TOTAL TIME: 15 mins
SERVES: 1

INGREDIENTS:

Handful Kale

Water

Frozen berries (you can instead use flavored stevia or Dr. Berg's Electrolyte Powder)

DIRECTIONS:

Just make sure you use less than 1 cup of berries and you will be fine!

Mix together frozen berries, kale, and water in a blender.
