Keto French Herbed Pork Chops with Brie

TOTAL TIME: 35 to 45 minutes
SERVES: 4

INGREDIENTS:

  • ¼ cup / 10 g herbs de Provence
  • 1 Tbsp sea salt
  • 4 center cut pork chops
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 4 oz / 144 g Brie cheese, sliced

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F / 177 degrees C.

  2. Place herbs de Provence and sea salt in a small bowl. Stir to combine.

  3. Coat the pork chops generously with the spice mixture and set aside. 

  4. Add oil to a large saute pan and heat on medium for 3 minutes. Sear pork chops for 4 minutes on each side, until a crust is formed. 

  5. Place seared pork chops into an 8 X 8 inch glass baking dish and top with Brie. 

  6. Bake for 15 minutes, until Brie is soft and melted. 

  7. Let rest 5 minutes before slicing.
