Keto Parmesan Crisps

INGREDIENTS:

  • ¾ cup / 177 mL cheddar cheese 
  • ¾ cup / 177 mL Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp / 5 mL Italian seasoning

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F / 204 degrees C. Line a large baking sheet with parchment.

  2. Stir the cheeses together in a small bowl.

  3. Place uniform tablespoon-sized heaps of the shredded cheeses onto the baking sheet, 2 in (5 cm) apart. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning.

  4. Place in the oven for 6 to 8 minutes, until the edges start to brown. 

  5. Serve immediately.
