- ¾ cup / 177 mL cheddar cheese
- ¾ cup / 177 mL Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp / 5 mL Italian seasoning
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F / 204 degrees C. Line a large baking sheet with parchment.
Stir the cheeses together in a small bowl.
Place uniform tablespoon-sized heaps of the shredded cheeses onto the baking sheet, 2 in (5 cm) apart. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
Place in the oven for 6 to 8 minutes, until the edges start to brown.
