Keto Cinnamon Roll Fat Bombs

- ½ cup / 119 g butter
- ¼ cup / 18 g erythritol sugar
- 1 cup / 238 g cream cheese
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup / 132 g almond flour
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
In a bowl, mix butter and sugar until you get a creamy consistency.
Add cream cheese and vanilla extract. Hand-mix to combine. Add almond flour and cinnamon. Mix until well blended.
Wrap bowl with plastic wrap and allow to chill for at least 3 hours in the refrigerator.
When dough is firm, scoop it into balls and enjoy, one serving at a time.
