Preheat oven to 350 degrees F / 177 degrees C.
Cut ⅓ head cauliflower in half lengthwise, then slice into 1 1/2-inch thick steaks.

Heat 2 teaspoons olive oil in skillet over medium heat. Add cauliflower steaks and generously add Salt and pepper to taste. Cook 5 to 6 minutes per side until golden brown.

Transfer seared steaks to baking sheet. Roast 10 minutes until tender in center.

Heat remaining olive oil in skillet over medium heat. Add 2 tablespoons capers and cook 5 minutes. Reduce heat to low, add 3 cloves garlic, and cook 3 to 4 minutes until fragrant without browning.

Remove the from heat and transfer mixture to heat-safe bowl. Stir in 2 tablespoons parsley and 2 tablespoons pecans.

Place cauliflower on plate. Spoon sauce over each steak. Garnish with 3 radishes for color and crunch.
