Just because you gave up steak doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy a hearty, flavorful dish that feels just as special. These Vegan Cauliflower Steaks turn a simple head of cauliflower into thick, oven-roasted slices that bring great texture and bold flavor.
Cut ⅓ head cauliflower in half lengthwise, then slice into 1½ -inch thick steaks.

Heat 2 teaspoons olive oil in skillet over medium heat. Add cauliflower steaks and generously add salt and pepper to taste. Cook 5 to 6 minutes per side until golden brown.

Transfer seared steaks to baking sheet. Roast 10 minutes until tender in center.
