Ingredients

  • ½ head cauliflower
  • ¼ onion
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup vegetable broth
  • cup coconut milk
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon seeds
  • 1 tablespoon parsley chopped

Instructions

  • Cut ½ head cauliflower into small florets and chop ¼ onion.

  • In sauce pot, add 1 tablespoon olive oil and onions. Cook on low for 5 to 7 minutes.
