  • radishes
  • beets
  • carrots
  • ¼ cup vinaigrette
  • salt to taste
  • spring mix
  • avocado
  • sunflower seeds
  • olives

Instructions

  • Using mandolin, carefully shave radishes, beets and carrots into ice water to keep them crisp and fresh.
  • Place vegetables in medium bowl. Cover in ¼ cup vinaigrette then salt to taste . Mix well.
