  • ¼ cup cheese shredded
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream

Instructions

  • Begin by cooking 3 ounces hamburger meat on medium heat until fully cooked, which should take 10 to 15 minutes.

  • While meat is cooking, mash half of a medium avocado in a bowl using a whisk.

  • Mix diced 2 tablespoons tomato, 2 tablespoons onion, lime juice of 1 lime, a sprig of cilantro, and ½ teaspoon salt in a separate bowl.

  • Once meat is cooked, set aside and let cool for a few minutes.
  • Fold half of tomato mixture into mashed avocado to make guacamole. Save remaining half to use as a topping for salad.
  • Build your salad with 3 cups romaine lettuce, cooked hamburger meat, shredded ¼ cup cheese, and guacamole in a large bowl.
