  • ½ cup cream cheese room temperature (soft)
  • 3 tablespoons fresh oregano chopped, or 3 tsp dried herbs
  • 1 ounce kalamata olives drained, chopped
  • 1 ounce sundried tomatoes drained, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic chopped
  • 10 tablespoons Parmesan cheese grated
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
  • pinch of black pepper

Instructions

  • In medium bowl, mix ¼ cup ghee, ½ cup cream cheese, 3 tablespoons fresh oregano, 1 ounce kalamata olives, 1 ounce sundried tomatoes, 2 cloves garlic, 5 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese, ¼ teaspoon sea salt and pinch of black pepper.
