Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 hot dog grass-fed beef, cubed
  • 3 eggs large
  • ½ cup sauerkraut
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon sour cream

Instructions

  • Heat 1 tablespoon coconut oil over medium-high heat in large skillet.

  • In mixing bowl, whisk 3 eggs and ½ cup sauerkraut.
