Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter unsweetened
  • ¾ cup erythritol powdered
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1 cup dark chocolate unsweetened, melted

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F / 180 degrees C. Line large baking tray with parchment paper.
  • In large bowl, combine 1 cup peanut butter, ¾ cup erythritol, and 1 egg. Mix thoroughly until combined.

  • Form 12 balls and place on lined pan. Press each cookie down with fork.
  • Bake for 15 minutes or until golden on edge.
  • Remove from oven and let cool.
