Cauliflower Grits Preheat oven to 450 degrees F / 232 degrees C.
Cut ½ cauliflower head into small pieces.

Roast cauliflower in oven for 30 minutes until golden brown.

Shrimp Get pan hot over medium heat. Add 2 tablespoons avocado oil .
