Chicken fried steak In blender or food processor, grind 3 cups pork rinds .

Set up your breading station by putting 1 cup coconut flour , 2 eggs beaten, and ground pork rinds in three seperate bowls.

First, dip 3 ounces cube steak in coconut flour.

Next, dip steak in egg mixture.
Dip steak in pork rinds. Make sure to fully coat steak.
In pan, add 2 cups frying oil . Bring oil up to 350 degrees F / 177 degrees C over medium heat.

Gently drop breaded steak into oil.
Cook on each side for 4 to 5 minutes. Outside should be crispy and golden, while inside should be fully cooked.
Gravy Save ¼ cup of oil that you fried chicken steak in.
Add 1 tablespoon butter . Melt down.
