  • 1 cup almond milk
  • ¼ cup chia seeds whole
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon erythritol powdered
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter unsweetened

  • In bowl, combine 1 cup almond milk, ¼ cup chia seeds, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract , 1 tablespoon erythritol and 2 tablespoons peanut butter. Mix well.
