In large bowl, combine 3 shredded zucchini and 1 teaspoon sea salt. Set aside for 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes drain water from zucchini by squeezing it with your hand and discarding liquid.
In zucchini bowl add 2 eggs, ¼ cup feta cheese, ¼ cup mozzarella cheese, 2 cloves garlic, 2 green onions, and ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper. Mix well.

Stir in ½ cup almond flour until fully combined.

Preheat large skillet to medium-high heat. Add 1 tablespoon butter.

Scoop one spoonful of batter into pan for each fritter, enough to cook three fritters at a time. Cook 2 to 3 minutes per side until golden, crispy and cooked through.
Top with ¼ teaspoon chili powder and ¼ onion powder to taste. Transfer to plate or pan and repeat with remaining batter.
