Preheat oven to 350 degrees F / 177 degrees C.
In bowl, combine ½ cup coconut flour, 1 tablespoon baking powder, 1 tablespoon psyllium husk powder and ½ tablespoon sea salt.

Add 5 eggs, 2 tablespoons butter and ¼ cup olive oil. Stir to combine. Add 1 teaspoon cinnamon, ½ teaspoon ginger, ¼ teaspoon cardamom, and toasted 1 cup walnuts. Stir until fully incorporated.

Add half of ½ cup boiling water and stir until all water is absorbed. Add remaining water and stir again until all water is absorbed. Let dough rest for five minutes.

Line baking sheet with parchment and dust lightly with coconut flour.
Transfer dough to parchment-lined pan. Dust top of dough with more coconut flour. Form dough into rectangular shape, about 12 x 3 inches. Make few half-inch deep slices on top of dough.
Bake 35 to 45 minutes until bread is firm and evenly browned.
