In large mixing bowl whip 4 egg yolks with 1 cup erythritol and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract until yolks become pale yellow in color. Set aside.

Spread evenly over lined baking tray. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes and let cool.
Mascarpone cheese In large bowl mix 10 ounces mascarpone cheese , 4 tablespoons erythritol and 1 teaspoon orange zest . Set aside.
