Ingredients

  • ½ pound ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning mix
  • ¾ cup water
  • ½ cup salsa
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ½ cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 4 green peppers medium, halved

  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F / 177 degrees C.
  • Brown ½ pound ground beef until cooked. Add 1 packet taco seasoning mix and ¾ cup water.
  • Pour cooked meat in bowl. Add ½ cup salsa, 1 cup sour cream and ½ cup cheddar cheese.
  • Slice 4 green peppers lengthwise through middle. Remove seeds.

  • Spray baking dish with cooking spray. Generously stuff peppers with meat mixture, arrange in dish, and top with remaining 1 cup cheddar cheese.
