Preheat oven to 350 degrees F / 177 degrees C.
Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in large pan on medium heat for four minutes. Season 4 salmon filets with 2 teaspoons sea salt. Place salmon in pan skin side down and sear for three minutes. Flip and sear for three additional minutes until both sides are crisp.

Place salmon on 9 X 13 inch glass baking dish, reserve.
In medium bowl place ½ cup butter, 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 2 teaspoons sea salt and 2 tablespoons fresh dill. Whisk until all ingredients are combined and chill for 10 minutes.

Top each portion of salmon with butter mixture and bake for 8 to 15 minutes.
Cool for three minutes before serving.
