Ingredients

Cauliflower salad

  • pounds cauliflower florets
  • Pinch of black pepper
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • ½ red onion chopped
  • 3 celery stalks chopped
  • 5 bacon strips cooked, chopped

Dressing

  • cup mayonnaise
  • ¾ tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • ¾ tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • Pinch of black pepper

Instructions

Cauliflower salad

  • In large pot, boil water. Add 1½ pounds cauliflower and cook 8 to 10 minutes until tender. Drain and transfer to large bowl.

Dressing
