Ingredients

  • 1 pound cauliflower
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 4 ounces sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons chives snipped
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese grated
  • 2 slices bacon cooked and crumbled

Instructions

  • Place1 pound cauliflower in pan, on medium-heat. Cook until completely cooked and tender. Let sit uncovered for a minute or two.
