Ingredients

  • 8 3-ounce lamb loin chops
  • cup olive oil
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • olive oil spray
  • 2 tablespoons everything seasoning

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F / 204 degrees C.
  • Place 8 3-ounce lamb loin chops in bowl. Coat with ⅛ cup olive oil and season with 1 pinch sea salt and 1 pinch pepper.
