Ingredients

  • cups mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 3 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 1 egg large
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 4 tablespoons everything bagel seasoning
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees F / 218 degrees C. 
  • Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Melt 1½ cups mozzarella cheese and 3 tablespoons cream cheese in saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly until mixture becomes stringy.

  • In large mixing bowl mix together melted cheese, 1 egg, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 1 cup almond flour, ¼ teaspoon garlic powder and ½ teaspoon sea salt. Mix thoughly until mixture creates dough.

  • Split dough into four even balls.
  • Roll each ball into tube shape, about one-inch in diameter.
  • Connect ends to create bagel shape.
  • Place bagels on parchment lined baking sheet.
  • Take 4 tablespoons everything bagel seasoning and press onto bagels evenly. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until golden brown.
