Ingredients

  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • ½ cup basil pesto
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 1 pound Italian sausage ground
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F / 204 degrees C.
  • In bowl, put 1 cup cream cheese, ½ cup basil pesto and ½ cup heavy cream. Mix until well combined.

  • Spray or coat baking dish with oil. Evenly line bottom of pan with 1 pound Italian sausage. Scoop cream mix on top of sausage and spread evenly. Bake for 30 minutes.
