Ingredients

  • 4 slices bacon chopped
  • ¼ cup butter
  • 1 head cauliflower
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon red chili flakes
  • 1 cup almond milk unsweetened
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded; set aside a small amount

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F/ 204 degrees C. Line baking pan or casserole dish with parchment.
  • In pan over medium heat, cook 4 slices bacon until crispy.
