Ingredients

  • ½ pound ground chicken
  • ¼ cup egg whites
  • ½ cup blue cheese crumbled
  • ½ cup green onions chopped
  • ½ cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 teaspoon fresh parsley chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F / 204 degrees C.
  • Line baking sheet with parchment or silicone mat.
  • In mixing bowl, combine ½ pound ground chicken, ¼ cup egg whites, ½ cup blue cheese, ½ cup green onions, and ¾ of buffalo sauce. Form into meatballs. Place on lined baking sheet.
