In mixing bowl, combine ½ pound ground chicken, ¼ cup egg whites, ½ cup blue cheese, ½ cup green onions, and ¾ of buffalo sauce. Form into meatballs. Place on lined baking sheet.

Toss baked meatballs in remaining buffalo sauce until fully coated.
