Preheat oven to 350 degrees F / 177 degrees C.

In separate bowl, mix 3 eggs, 2 tablespoons monk fruit sweetener, and 3 tablespoons arrowroot powder until well combined.

Slowly pour chocolate mixture into egg mixture, stirring constantly to prevent scrambling eggs.
Add remaining ½ cup chocolate chips and stir until evenly distributed.

Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
